Former Morning Musume member Ishikawa Rika has announced her marriage to professional baseball player Nogami Ryoma. Nogami Ryoma is a baseball pitcher for the Seibu Lions.
The couple had already announced their intent to marriage since the beginning of the year and have been together since 2014. The papers for their marriage will be made official on March 13th.
With the recent news that her former partner in HANGRY&ANGRY Yoshizawa Hitomi had announced her marriage, many fans were looking forward to finding out when Rika would announce her own marriage. Thankfully the wait is over.

Rika Ishikawa (born January 19, 1985), is a Japanese pop singer, TV/radio hostess, idol, actress and model associated with the Hello! Project banner and best known as a former member of the pop group Morning Musume. She was the leader of the Japanese pop idol trio v-u-den until June 2008. She is working as a soloist, a member of the Japanese pop idol group Ongaku Gatas, in the pop duo Hangry & Angry as Angry, and as a current member of Dream Morning Musume. She is currently the only person of the 4th Generation of Morning Musume to remain single.
